Technical Assistance

The California Arts Council offers technical assistance in a variety of forms. Technical assistance funds are used to support development opportunities and activities that bring the Arts to the broadest constituency. The California Arts Council has provided scholarships and travel assistance to conferences including the 2007 annual conference of The Association of American Cultures and the 2006 annual conference of the California Alliance for Arts Education and continues the agency’s partnership with the National Arts and Disabilities Center (UCLA) to support the arts and accessibility grant program.

California Arts Council staff travels the state conducting program guideline workshops and consultations to applicants and grantees and is available for assistance on a daily basis via phone, email or at the California Arts Council offices.
